Turkey's in LaConner

I've seen many wild turkey's lately. These were up in LaConner. I see them everytime I'm up there staying at The Planter Hotel across from the bakery in town. They arrive at the bakery early mornings as if waiting for some free stuff.. I think there are 9 of them now. Somewhere I have video of them too, So funny..

I think that with prices going up, they could become endangered nearer Thanksgiving..tho...

I haven't been blogging very much lately, sorry, I will try to get back here soon, and visit your blogs. I miss everyone..take good care.

Palin's a role model Now???

Lake Chelan
GrayJays in the North Cascades
AKA camp robbers, video

I have to campaigne until Obama is elected. lol
An Alaska Paper embraces Obama, Not McCain /Palin, saying Palin is not ready to be VP.
McCain is too old and unhealthy, and that is just the tip of the iceberg.
You all know the issues, so I don't have to go there, but please vote and vote for progress, for the environment , because with no environment, we have no need for economy! Vote for Obama.
Obama is about; values, progress, honesty, integrity, and
compassion, as well as peace and a strong economy.

McCain is about wealth, greed, power, money , and position. Old guard..

My current rant..
McCain says:
"Americans right now care about whether they're going to stay in their homes, whether they're going to have a job, whether they're going to be able to keep their health insurance, if we're going to come out of this ditch that we're in," McCain added. "They want change. They want reform. She is a role model to millions and millions and millions of Americans."

How Is Palin a role model? What eviction does she face? She is paid for being governor of Alaska and is safe to spend all her time campiagning for VP.

Wouldn't you like to look for a job, all the while getting paid for doing nothing? If you don't get the new job, you still have your old one, too.
So yeah, they all do it, so what do they know about risk?

When they retire, those republicans get social security just like a democrat that is supposed to be lazy, and wanting a hand out.
If a Republican gets a pink slip, do they turn down their unemployment?
(I have never taken a dollar from the government). And yes, I could have.

Anyway, all politicians get amazing protections.

On Palin clothes, it is suggested that it isn't important to talk about her clothes because we face so many problems.
So because we are having economical problems we should ignore integrity when we are looking to vote for a Presidential, VP candidate?

From Alaska a quote from Palin as mayor..
"I'm the mayor, I can do whatever I want until the courts tell me I can't.'" --Sarah Palin, as quoted by former City Council Member Nick Carney, after he raised objections about the $50,000 she spent renovating the mayor's office without approval of the city council.

It's just right over the border." --Sarah Palin, explaining why Alaska's proximity to Russia gives her foreign policy experience, interview with CBS's Katie Couric, Sept. 24, 2008 (Watch video clip)

2. "We believe that the best of America is not all in Washington, D.C. ... We believe that the best of America is in these small towns that we get to visit, and in these wonderful little pockets of what I call the real America, being here with all of you hard working very patriotic, um, very, um, pro-America areas of this great nation." --Sarah Palin, speaking at a fundraiser in Greensoboro, N.C., Oct. 16, 2008

3. "Well, let's see. There's -- of course -- in the great history of America rulings there have been rulings." --Sarah Palin, unable to name a Supreme Court decision she disagreed with other than Roe vs. Wade, interview with Katie Couric, CBS News, Oct. 1, 2008 (Watch video clip)

7. "As for that VP talk all the time, I'll tell you, I still can't answer that question until somebody answers for me what is it exactly that the VP does every day?" --Sarah Palin, interview with CNBC's "Kudlow & Co," July 31, 2008 (Watch video clip)

What motivates your vote?

For me it's the direction I want to see the world go in.
I want poverty addressed. I want people to be able to live like humans, not mere animals.
I want education for all children, and adults. I want health care, and I want a planet that is clean, and I want to see awareness, higher consciousness. I want availability to arts for all children. They naturally gravitate to art.
Art raises the level of consciousness. Make art not bombs.

In school, art is a great back door into academia for children who aren't interested in academia the way some are, or don't learn by rote as some do.
I want governments that are built by men who are statesmen, not politicians who are ruled by old ideas of greed, power and fame, and there is a distinct difference.

I want to see the earth respected, that is the feminine principal, Dionysian.
Technology is the male principal, Apollonian. Balance is imperative for a 'whole' world.
I want to see the feminine principal balanced with the masculine.

But when it come to voting I think one thing makes total sense, and is so easy. McCain is too old and unhealthy, and Palin is plain unqualified, simply a political move to get votes of fundamentalists. I think they are smarter than the powers that be make then seem to be.

Obama represents this change to me. I think these ideals are far over McCain or Palin's heads.
McCain is stuck in the old order, of being powerful, and leaving his mark on history, Palin is a cultish Christian, fearful of embracing a broader view of Christ and his compassionate vision of mankind.

The way issues are addressed have a lot to do with these differences in what is deemed important.
Vote Obama. Thanks.

McCain hits Obama for varying World Series support..lame..

Notice what McCain is trying to pull off here with Obama and sports?

"McCain told several hundred people standing in a cavernous warehouse:

"Now, I'm not dumb enough to get mixed up in a World Series between swing states. But I think I may have detected a little pattern with Sen. Obama. It's pretty simple really. When he's campaigning in Philadelphia, he roots for the Phillies, and when he's campaigning in Tampa Bay, he `shows love' to the Rays."
As a chorus of boos built, he added:"It's kind of like the way he campaigns on tax cuts, but then votes for tax increases after he's elected. Or the way he says he backs the middle class and then goes and attacks Joe the Plumber after Sen. Obama's asked a tough question. What's that all about?"

In fact, Obama did not attack Joe the Plumber; rather he criticized McCain for suggesting that the Ohio plumber who wants to purchase the plumbing business where he works is in the same economic shape as most working class voters.
McCain's reference to Obama's comments about the two baseball teams was meant to reinforce one of his larger themes: that Obama lacks the experience and character to be president.

McCain will stoop to anything, but I have to ask, does he think everyone in his audience has an IQ under 90?
(like his comments below might lead someone to think about him)

Ok, Ok, I am not being politically correct, but this is a war, not an election, a war from within, and one we have to win.. No Trojan Horse for America, Vote Obama!

(see post on Trojan Horse Sarah Palin below..)

I think he is insulting to his crowds. But look, he is plain insulting, period. He shows little self restraint.

I told her [that] with a little luck, she could be the only woman to serve as both the First Lady and Miss Buffalo Chip." --on the annual Miss Buffalo Chip Pageant, which features topless (and occasionally bottomless) contestants, Sturgis, South Dakota, Aug. 4, 2008 (Watch video clip)

2. "Make it a hundred...That would be fine with me." --to a questioner who asked if he supported President Bush's vision for keeping U.S. troops in Iraq for 50 years, Derry, New Hampshire, Jan. 3, 2008

1. "At least I don't plaster on the makeup like a trollop, you c*nt." --to his wife, Cindy, after she playfully twirled his hair and said "You're getting a little thin up there," as reported in the book The Real McCain by Cliff Schecter (Watch spoof video)

Maverick defined

An unbranded range animal, especially a calf that has become separated from its mother, traditionally considered the property of the first person who brands it.
One that refuses to abide by the dictates of or resists adherence to a group; a dissenter.

I think the first definition fits..Ok, have a nice day..counting down now, remember this is a most important election, more than an election, our survival depends on getting Republicans out of office and staying involved in voting on every level.

Forbidden Fruit

The Republican Party and it's trickle down effect forgot to control for evaporation..Or did they forget? Nah!

The rich have eaten of the forbidden fruit, greed, and they won't let go easily. No, not at all, it's like an animal getting a taste of blood.
Winning this election for Obama is a small piece about what is wrong in this country and the world community, that has to change if we are to survive.
We can't stop being aware of money hungry men who want power at any cost.

Be the good you want to see. It's an inside job, it begins with me.

Recently McCain talked about an African American in the WHITE house.
(not for the reason he said, that it is about time for change, ha!)
I know what he was doing, a suggestion of blacks and the WHITE house, for those who will vote for him because they are racist.

Man is man, color isn't important except to racists.

Vote Obama..

Sarah Palin, Trojan Horse of The Religious Right?

I don't think I am far off describing Sarah Palin a Trojan Horse of the religious right. (men using religion to take control).
I stand firm about this election, and how men who are using Sarah, even as a token female to get YOUR vote, are from the religious right, and are doing what men have done for eons, taking power anyway they can get it,. And what has been the primary way men have gotten power over the centuries? Yes, religion. It is the single, most powerful way to gain power, and the story of Troy and The Trojan Horse is an excellent metaphor for how this can happen from inside our country, whose freedom we fight away from home, to keep our form of freedom, and how it is actually being threatened by those inside our borders, not so much the terrorists our supposed leaders point to, to get your eyes off this eminent danger here at home.

Don't fool yourselves, the loss of freedom won't come from outside our borders, it will come from within.
Keep government balanced, support essential issues; freedom, population, environment, and resources. These effect the whole world, and are issues world wide, and are key. All other issues come under one of these key issues.

Here is the Trojan Horse, greeted by those who would have fought this intruder off, and here is Sarah Palin, the Trojan Horse of the Religious Right controlling men, our soldiers are fraternizing with her... so are we!
yes it is true..think about it..

16.10.08

Why Obama? Simple answer...soo simple...

Pennsylvania was the first Colony to allow different religions to come here. (In other colonies, one had to be a member of the faith of that colony to come to live there).
Philadelphia means, The City Of Brotherly Love. It was our first melting pot. It was my home , my birth place, and birthplace of our constitution.
(Pa was a religious experiment)

People came to PA to escape religious persecution. The constitution was written to protect those of us who wanted freedom. I see that threatened by people who are trying to rewrite history, foolishly, as they follow men who want to use religion once again as men always have, for power.
I take it very seriously.

We all should, never, forget America was established on these principals.

We fight wars to protect others from taking our freedoms, and we're supposed to lay it down to those who would work inside this country to reelect those who would destroy it's freedoms??

I don't think so..

VOTE with Accountability!!

This election requires that each individual votes with a sense of being personally accountable to every person on the earth for what comes from their vote. We have seen how this country weighs on other countries world wide. We are both smaller and larger than ever, connected to each other, we are each others life line.

The Republicans have brought us contempt world wide, and will bring further disgrace. As Americans we give our stamp of approval on this by voting in support of  the party of Bush and Cheney. We should be impeaching to show the world we don't agree and are not part of this. I used the Jefferson manual to send in my vote for impeachment over a year ago.
It is the only way to get our rights back, to restore our constitution, and live freely. If we don't do this, we will live to regret it only once......forever!

It isn't time to elect a beauty queen, never will be a time to elect a beauty queen who could and most likely would become president. She is a joke and should have been laughed at by everyone right away. McCain is not a well man. He has, I'm sorry, one foot in the grave already, he is already stiff.
The big picture doesn't just include facts the media produces, because facts are elusive anyway, aren't they?

Some facts are hard cold though, like the earth, population over load, dwindling resources and environmental concerns.
Our waters are polluted by China's pollutants, we have high levels of mercury in our waters. No one survives with a bad environment, and certainly McCain/ Palin are scary folks, very scary when it comes to ability to be realistic or visionaries, not to mention , can you imagine her negotiating anything?
What would McClone and Falin ( as Alaskans are now calling her, her rating falling badly there, she sold her soul, they say) do about pollution and population? I think we know the answer to that, drill baby drill, and make more babies..

Fundamentalists who don't care about the planet, because they are waiting for Jesus to come save those with their narrow cultish beliefs shouldn't be 'allowed' to hold office. As much as they  believe what they do, I know it is simply a cult.

They have forgotten the Jesus that delivered The Sermon on the Mount, and who taught we are to take care of what has been given us, to be good stewards of the earth, and each other. They are following men who use religion for power, an age old story. Palin is their token woman, but once in power the US becomes a theocracy, all women will be subordinate, take it to the bank. Look at Iran, They wanted theocracy, (1979) and now live in hell.

I know they'd think I am from the devil, but so far from the truth, I understand their dilemma. I understand how opening yourself up to love and awareness, also makes one vulnerable to beliefs given when you're open, and the plastic brain can cement some feelings with some fearful beliefs. That's where they are, scared to death to love and not believe cultish beliefs handed them during a time of openness. "They are free, but!" Fear is no excuse tho, we must have courage, All of us, do what is right, we know in our heart, if it works. Beliefs belie heart.

Jesus was compassionate and unlike the cultish fundamentalist idea of him.
If he does come, he won't be happy with fundamentalists who follow men, and not love.

I have to speak about his because the vote is being weighed heavily by very organized covert fundamentalist leaders.
James Dobson, not McCain chose Sarah Plain, the token woman of the republican party designed to appeal to silly people. He pressured McCain to choose her. He knuckled under as he did about torture. For a brave man, he acts cowardly.

My stance is look to at the big picture, even if you think Jesus is coming, ask this, "will he actually be coming for you if you have not learned unconditional love, and only care about those who believe as you do?" I think not.

We are supposed to learn to help each other. Remember the good Samaritan?
We aren't to fight about who is right or wrong on abortion, we're to work together to educate and provide birth control for women and men. Work together, be peaceful.
Solve problems!!!
We're supposed to get somewhere..collaborating.

" Blessed are the peacemakers for they shall be called the sons of God".... remember??
Resolve conflict, love is the answer, always has been, always will be.

This vote is an opportunity to love your fellow man in every part of the world by voting for a peace making visionary who is ready to deal with problems we all face, realistically. The Republicans can only create wars, and destruction, and if Jesus doesn't save you, you'll know that you are the cause of all of this and I wouldn't want to be the one with a burden like that on my shoulders.
In my side bar go to theocracy.org, watch the video,, vote with integrity..and personal responsibility because I will hold you accountable. I will be accountable.

Peace

See , Do it Yourself Impeachment in my side bar..Do IT!
(

(Impeach for Peace researched a method for impeaching the President or Vice President using a little known and rarely used part of the Rules of the House of Representatives ("Jefferson’s Manual"). This document actually empowers individual citizens to initiate the impeachment process themselves. )
