Remembering friends from Japan.

Lately I had a little surgical thing done, cool surgery actually.
Balloon surgery for my terrible sinuses. Very cool. I was awake and no pain. This is the best way to go, leaves no scar tissue, so you actually heal up instead of getting worse. I waited for this a long time. So I decided just to put some photos of me on today.

At Stehekin last summer

Yoshino Cherry Blossoms. Most Revered Cherry Blossom of Japan. In bloom now!

This is my small Yoshino Cherry Tree. I have enjoyed it so much.
Hoping you do too.

Taken daytime. Overcast though.

These taken around 7:20 pm
Evening. Just before dusk came.
You may see why these are revered.
Open white and finish a delicate pink as
breeze lifts them from the tree spreading them daintily
 everywhere in profusion.
