This weekends trip to lake Crescent Lodge

A pretty day has been rare this year, I love this day with clouds and a ship.

Lake Crescent is the place where Roosevelt signed The Olympic Nat'l Park into being.
It's 9.5 miles long, and depth unknown, probably 1200 to 1500' deep.
It's pristine and turquoise when The sun shines and skies are blue. You can rent a kayak here, and paddle, or a canoe, or row boat.

Grounds are like a rain forest, large trees dripping in moss.
And theres a lovely veranda/ sunporch, to view the lake from while having a Great burger, and a drink.
Or coffee in the morning.
You also have the restaurant and lodge to enjoy. I highly recommend this place!
