Sun Mountain

From dawn after a starry night of  constellations and Venus shining brightly then dawn gave way to a pastely…

sky and bright snow capped peaks. Not necessarily in that order here.

Methow Valley

Snow Country

It's cold here!
Colder than in Yellowstone where snow is dry, powdery,
and yet altitude is almost painful there, dryness is so noticeable.

Here frost forms over night even if theres no snow, and it clings to trees like this
becoming  quintessentially
frozen, and beautiful against a blue sky in particular.

Mule deer, my favorite kind of deer has big ears!

I love icicles, in my home in PA they hung to the ground,
were huge, and clear , and shortly used as weapons, very shortly. ^^

It's beautiful here. But I have but gotten many photos.
